Reports

Crmble reports will give you valuable insights into your workflow progress by keeping track of your board activity. Out-of-the-box reports with dynamic filter options help you make better decisions without complex configurations. Let’s check out the different charts, options, and filters in detail to help you improve your conversion rate.

Funnel chart

The funnel chart will tell you the conversion rate between stages by showing the total number of cards that have been at each stage at some point. Not to be mistaken with the donut chart which shows the number of cards that are in a list at any given time.

The funnel chart is especially useful to detect bottlenecks. This way you will know at what stage of your sales process you have to make changes to unclog the pipeline to boost your conversion rate.

Add lists to Crmble via Lists Settings. Crmble fields will be only visible on your cards in lists that have been added to Crmble. Additionally you can check the “Show in funnel” to make a list be parto of your funnel or “Show in reports” if you want Crmble to keep track of how many cards you have in a lista at any given time.

Donut chart

The donut chart shows you how many cards are in every list/stage at the moment of checking the report. When you check a list to be shown in reports, Crmble will keep track of how many cards are in that list/stage.

Every list connected to Crmble and with “Reports” checked, appears as a portion of the donut with its corresponding color.

To get insights about any stage/list of your pipeline, click on any section of the donut chart. In this example, when clicking on the blue section of the chart that represents the “To do” list, a new card will be shown next to the total card.

Select one or multiple sections of the Donut chart by holding the Command key in MacOS or Control key in Windows to filter your reports by specific stages/lists of your Trello pipeline.

Timeline Chart

The timeline chart will show you the lead creation flow using the creation date registered in every lead/card that has been created in your board. You can select different time spans in the date selector you’ll find at the header of your dashboard to focus just on the cards that have been created during a specific period. You can also drag a portion of the timeline to zoom and see in detail a specific part of the timeline.

Bar Chart

You’ll find the bar chart right next to the donut chart. By default it will show the source fields options in relation to all of the cards that are placed in any list connected to Crmble with the “Show in reports” option checked. You can select any other dropdown field that you have configured in Crmble fields settings. The bar chart represents every selected option available in the dropdown field with horizontal bars. Want to only see one stage? You can pick just one by clicking its corresponding donut chart so that the bar chart will only show results regarding that specific stage. The bar chart will use the color of the selected stage. Click on the Crmble logo in the center of the donut chart to deselect.

Filter by member

With Trello you can add board members to your cards. This way you can assign each lead to a specific team mate. This comes in handy to get noticed when something happens on a card assigned to you. You can also apply a search filter, using the search option you’ll find in the board menu, to focus just on your cards.

In the search menu option, pick your member. Trello will show you just the cards you have been assigned to. This green message will tell you that a filter has been applied and how many cards apply to the active filter. In this case 5 cards belonging to Liam are visible on the board. Simply click the cross to deactivate the filter.

Crmble takes advantage of this feature and lets you filter your report by member as well.

In case you have additional numeric types of Crmble fields, like budget for instance, you can select them as well in the dashboard to see their totals. Remember that any field configuration or filter can be saved.

Filter by label

Labels in Trello help you organize your cards in an easy and visual way. Very much like with members, Trello lets you filter by the labels you’ve applied to the cards using again the search option in the board menu.

In this example we have labeled some cards with the yellow label “Needs review”. This not only makes those cards stand out from the rest, but you’ll also be able now to filter your board by this label to focus on just those cards. You can even combine two filters to see only the cards labeled with “Needs review” and member “Liam”.

In this example we’ll see that the filter only applies to a total of three cards. We can use these same labels to filter our reports in Crmble. This will give more details than just the resulting number of cards. Let’s filter by member Liam and by the “Needs review” label.

The report will give you valuable insights like the total amount of deal value that Liam is dealing with on recurring clients. Also in what stages those leads are and which source they’ve been created from. The timeline chart will tell you on what date those leads were created, and if you hover over each donut segment or bar chart element, Crmble will give you a sum of the total deal value of that segment in particular.

Filter by WON/LOST

In the dashboard and lead section, a new switch filter is available to get quick insights on your wins and losses.

Show archived

This filter makes it possible to include in the dashboard and table reports all the archived cards. This is especially useful if you don’t want to clutter your board with older cards but still want to be able to check previous quarters or even years. All the other filters will obviously apply to the archived ones. If you think your board is getting slow because of too many cards, just archive them. Your hindsight reports are safe with the new “Show archived” feature.
