What is a Crmble Team?

When you first install Crmble, a new organizational unit called ‘Crmble Team’ is automatically created. This Crmble Team serves as your central hub for managing CRM features across multiple Trello boards—think of it as a Workspace.

Don’t let the word ‘Team’ confuse you; even if you’re flying solo, Crmble works perfectly for you!

Fully explore Crmble with a 10-Day Free Trial

Experience the full potential of Crmble with our 10-day free trial. During this period, you and your team will have unrestricted access to all Crmble features and data. Simply install Crmble, and every member of the boards you add to your Crmble Team will automatically gain full access to Crmble’s CRM capabilities—completely free of charge.

What happens after the free-trial?

No worries. You won’t get charged. No payment method is required, and there are no automatic charges once the trial ends.
Crmble’s billing operates independently from Trello Workspace billing.

Data retention and reactivation

During the free trial, you can export your Contact and Deals databases without any limitations, just as you can with a paid plan. When your free trial ends, you no longer have access to your Crmble generated data or features.
Rest assured that any information you’ve added to your Crmble Team—such as Contacts, Deals, and settings—will be securely stored for 3 months. To regain access to your Crmble-generated data and continue using all features, you’ll need to activate your Crmble Team by choosing a subscription plan within this 3-month period. If you do not activate within this timeframe, your data may no longer be accessible.

Subscription plans and user licenses

Flexible Payment Options

When you’re ready to subscribe, choose the payment plan that best suits your needs. Crmble offers both monthly and yearly subscription options. You can select the number of licenses you need for your Crmble Team and assign them to specific Trello users, ensuring they have access to Crmble across all linked Trello boards.

Adjust your bills as needed

You can change the number of licenses at any time which means you can easily scale your Crmble Team as your team’s size or composition changes by reducing or increasing the number of licenses.

Flexible, User-Based Licensing

Crmble operates on a user license model at the Crmble Team level. Licenses function as seats that can be assigned to different Trello users, offering you the flexibility to swap them between users as needed and as many times as you need.

Unlimited Crmble powered Trello Boards

Crmble allows you to connect an unlimited number of Trello boards from various Trello Workspaces to your Crmble Team. This centralizes your project management and CRM functions, making it easier to manage all your customer relationships and projects in one place.

Multiple Crmble Teams for separate needs

If you manage multiple businesses or need to maintain separate contact databases, Crmble allows you to create multiple Crmble Teams. Each team functions independently, with its own set of licenses and subscription. Just like your first Crmble Team, each new team you create starts with a 10-day free trial. Keep in mind that each Crmble Team requires its own subscription and license allocation.

Do I Need a Trello Paid Plan to Use Crmble?

Crmble is fully functional on Trello’s free plan, but to unlock additional Trello features—such as advanced checklists that allow you to assign due dates and specific tasks to individual team members—we recommend upgrading to Trello’s Standard plan. These advanced features can significantly enhance your project management and CRM capabilities.

Do you have a promo code?

Crmble offers special promotions using promo codes that you’ll receive whether by email, or through messages inside the Crmble app user interface.
These promo codes are active for a limited time and are great for optimizing your budget. You can apply promo codes at checkout. Please read our FAQ’s to learn how promo codes work.

  • What happens to my data if I suspend my Crmble subscription?

After suspending your subscription any information you've added to your Crmble Team, like Contacts and settings, plus deal cards added to your Crmble Team boards will be saved for 3 months.
After canceling, we recommend exporting your contacts and deals before the subscription period ends. This will ensure that you have a backup of your data.

Warning: Deleting a Trello board that is part of your Crmble Team will permanently delete all Crmble deal cards within it, and this action cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.

  • Can I cancel my Crmble plan?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription plan anytime. When you cancel, automatic renewal for the next billing cycle stops. If you're in the middle of a yearly or monthly subscription cycle, you can still use Crmble until the cycle ends.

To cancel your subscription please follow the steps below:
    1. Make sure an “OWNER” or ADMIN” role user opens Crmble on a Trello board that belongs to the Crmble Team which subscription you'd like to cancel.
    2. Once on the board, please open Crmble and click on the user avatar at the bottom of Crmble's main menu.
    3. Head to the "Billings" tab, where you'll find your invoices and the "Cancel" option.
    4. Click the "Cancel" button and fill out the form to complete the process.

After canceling your subscription, you should receive an email confirmation from PayPal regarding the automatic payment cancellation. If you don't receive the confirmation within 5 to 10 minutes, please check your SPAM folder. In case you still haven't received it, reach out to us at support@crmble.com or use the support chat in the Crmble main menu or visit https://crmble.com/trello for assistance.

  • Does Crmble provide refunds if I am not satisfied with the service?

Yes, we do provide refunds for any request made within the following 15 days from the starting of the subscription plan.

You can submit your refund request by contacting us at support@crmble.com or by sending us a message on the support chat you’ll find in the Crmble menu or at https://crmble.com/trello

  • How do promo codes work?

Crmble offers special promotions using promo codes that you might receive whether by email, or directly through messages inside the Crmble app user interface.
These promo codes are active for a limited time and are great for optimizing your budget.

Promotional codes only apply to the first subscription cycle and will not be used when renewing the plan after one year.

The promo code does not apply to any additional licenses purchased after the initial purchase.

If you acquire an additional license for an annual plan, we will only charge you for the months from the acquisition of the license and the remaining months until the end of the current cycle.

  • What happens to my data once the free trial expires?

When you start a 10-day free trial of Crmble, you create a Crmble Team. It's like a special group where you can add as many Trello boards and users as you want. The cool thing is that everyone in your Crmble Team shares the same settings and contacts database.

During the trial, any information you add to your Crmble Team, like Contacts, Deals, and settings, will be saved for 3 months. This 3-month period starts counting once the trial ends.

If you subscribe to a paid plan within those 3 months, you'll keep access to all your data and enjoy all the features even after the free trial is over. It's like unlocking the full package!

However, if you don't subscribe to a paid plan and the 3 months pass, your Crmble Team will be wiped out along with all its data. Unfortunately, this can't be reversed, so make your decision before time runs out.

If you decide not to continue with Crmble during the trial, no worries! You can still export the deals or contacts you've created by using the export option in each section.

Warning: Deleting a Trello board that is part of your Crmble Team will permanently delete all Crmble deal cards within it, and this action cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.

  • Do I get charged after my free trial expires?

No. We won't charge you unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

  • Can I downgrade my Crmble plan?

Yes, you can downgrade your subscription plan, simply reduce the number of licenses. This change will be reflected in the next invoice cycle, affecting both the available licenses and the charged amount.

Yearly plan downgrade example: When you downgrade your yearly plan from 5 to 3 licenses five months into the subscription, the changes will take effect on subscription renewal in 7 months.
You will be able to use your 5 licenses for 7 months until the end of the current cycle.

IMPORTANT NOTE: New subscription details won't show up until the next cycle starts.

To downgrade please follow the steps below:
    1. Make sure an “OWNER” or ADMIN” role user opens Crmble on a Trello board that belongs to the Crmble Team which subscription you'd like to downgrade.
    2. Once on the board, please open Crmble and click on the user avatar at the bottom of Crmble's main menu.
    3. Head to the "Billings" tab, where you'll find your invoices and the "Downgrade" option.
    4. Click the "Downgrade" button and pick the number of licenses you want to downgrade the plant to. Please remember that the change will be registered immediately, but take effect on the renewal date of the subscription cycle.

Please note that Crmble currently has only one type of paid plan available called Crmble Monster. It includes all the features developed for Crmble. If, at some point, a higher tier plan should be available, please note that downgrading from it to a lower tier might result in the loss of certain features, functionality, or capacity of the Account, as well as the potential loss of Client Data. In any case before downgrading, Crmble warns about the changes and their repercussions so that you can take the corresponding actions to avoid loss of data using the export options.

  • Can I remove or add members in my Crmble Team?

Yes, you can. As you pay per user per month per team your monthly fee will be updated accordingly.
