- What happens to my data if I suspend my Crmble subscription?
After suspending your subscription any information you've added to your Crmble Team, like Contacts and settings, plus deal cards added to your Crmble Team boards will be saved for 3 months.
After canceling, we recommend exporting your contacts and deals before the subscription period ends. This will ensure that you have a backup of your data.Warning: Deleting a Trello board that is part of your Crmble Team will permanently delete all Crmble deal cards within it, and this action cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.
- Can I cancel my Crmble plan?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription plan anytime. When you cancel, automatic renewal for the next billing cycle stops. If you're in the middle of a yearly or monthly subscription cycle, you can still use Crmble until the cycle ends.
To cancel your subscription please follow the steps below:
- Make sure an “OWNER” or ADMIN” role user opens Crmble on a Trello board that belongs to the Crmble Team which subscription you'd like to cancel.
- Once on the board, please open Crmble and click on the user avatar at the bottom of Crmble's main menu.
- Head to the "Billings" tab, where you'll find your invoices and the "Cancel" option.
- Click the "Cancel" button and fill out the form to complete the process.
After canceling your subscription, you should receive an email confirmation from PayPal regarding the automatic payment cancellation. If you don't receive the confirmation within 5 to 10 minutes, please check your SPAM folder. In case you still haven't received it, reach out to us at support@crmble.com or use the support chat in the Crmble main menu or visit https://crmble.com/trello for assistance.

- How do promo codes work?
Crmble offers special promotions using promo codes that you might receive whether by email, or directly through messages inside the Crmble app user interface.
These promo codes are active for a limited time and are great for optimizing your budget.Promotional codes only apply to the first subscription cycle and will not be used when renewing the plan after one year.
The promo code does not apply to any additional licenses purchased after the initial purchase.
If you acquire an additional license for an annual plan, we will only charge you for the months from the acquisition of the license and the remaining months until the end of the current cycle.
- What happens to my data once the free trial expires?
When you start a 10-day free trial of Crmble, you create a Crmble Team. It's like a special group where you can add as many Trello boards and users as you want. The cool thing is that everyone in your Crmble Team shares the same settings and contacts database.
During the trial, any information you add to your Crmble Team, like Contacts, Deals, and settings, will be saved for 3 months. This 3-month period starts counting once the trial ends.
If you subscribe to a paid plan within those 3 months, you'll keep access to all your data and enjoy all the features even after the free trial is over. It's like unlocking the full package!
However, if you don't subscribe to a paid plan and the 3 months pass, your Crmble Team will be wiped out along with all its data. Unfortunately, this can't be reversed, so make your decision before time runs out.
If you decide not to continue with Crmble during the trial, no worries! You can still export the deals or contacts you've created by using the export option in each section.
Warning: Deleting a Trello board that is part of your Crmble Team will permanently delete all Crmble deal cards within it, and this action cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.
- Do I get charged after my free trial expires?
No. We won't charge you unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
- Can I downgrade my Crmble plan?
Yes, you can downgrade your subscription plan, simply reduce the number of licenses. This change will be reflected in the next invoice cycle, affecting both the available licenses and the charged amount.
Yearly plan downgrade example: When you downgrade your yearly plan from 5 to 3 licenses five months into the subscription, the changes will take effect on subscription renewal in 7 months.
You will be able to use your 5 licenses for 7 months until the end of the current cycle.IMPORTANT NOTE: New subscription details won't show up until the next cycle starts.
To downgrade please follow the steps below:
- Make sure an “OWNER” or ADMIN” role user opens Crmble on a Trello board that belongs to the Crmble Team which subscription you'd like to downgrade.
- Once on the board, please open Crmble and click on the user avatar at the bottom of Crmble's main menu.
- Head to the "Billings" tab, where you'll find your invoices and the "Downgrade" option.
- Click the "Downgrade" button and pick the number of licenses you want to downgrade the plant to. Please remember that the change will be registered immediately, but take effect on the renewal date of the subscription cycle.
Please note that Crmble currently has only one type of paid plan available called Crmble Monster. It includes all the features developed for Crmble. If, at some point, a higher tier plan should be available, please note that downgrading from it to a lower tier might result in the loss of certain features, functionality, or capacity of the Account, as well as the potential loss of Client Data. In any case before downgrading, Crmble warns about the changes and their repercussions so that you can take the corresponding actions to avoid loss of data using the export options.
- Can I remove or add members in my Crmble Team?
Yes, you can. As you pay per user per month per team your monthly fee will be updated accordingly.
