Alongside some bug fixes and some nice Dashboard improvements, today we are happy to announce a simple but powerful option we’ve just added to our Lead table view. Drumroll please…. 🥁🥁🥁
Welcome to “Save view”
Crmble’s Lead view is a hidden gem that can help you manage your leads in a more efficient way. Although it is usually used to import or export leads, Leads table can do much more. Let’s have a look at some of the things you can do with the Leads table view to always find your contacts by searching for any detail stored in your Crmble fields.
Customize the table the way you want and save your configuration
By clicking on the burger menu icons of any table column you’ll find some useful options.
You can select just the Crmble fields that are important to you for example. Choose the order and column width. Next time you open Crmble’s Lead table view all will show up exactly the way you last saved it.
Search your Crmble fields
Although Trello board search comes in handy when you need to find a card by its title, description or activity, when you want to search your Crmble fields, the Lead table is the way to go. Use the field header of any given Crmble fields column to find a card. Use the Trello link to open the card of your search result.
Filter just the leads you need
You can also create some advanced filters using conditional logic to generate reports and export just the results of your filtered table to a CSV or Excel file to share or work on them in Excel or any other spreadsheet app of choice. Let’s say you want just to export your Facebook or Instagram leads. Just click on the burger menu of your “Source” column and create your filter and Oilá!, there you have it.
Now you can select the resulting leads and export them to a file to work on them later.
Sums à la carte
Table view lets you also sum the deal value of any filtered leads segment. In the example below we have filtered by “Walk in” leads. We’ve also added a “Budget” numeric field. By clicking and dragging you can select different values to get sum, average, count, minimum and maximum value. Clever, eh?
Pin columns
Pinning columns makes navigating your Crmble Leads so much easier. Sometimes you need to compare specific columns and normally this can only be achieved by moving around columns, scrolling and searching the ones you need. Pinning is a much faster way to do this. Just find the columns you want, click on its header drop down menu, select Pin Columns and select right or left pin. Done!
Combinations are unlimited as you can have one column pinned on the left and another two on the right for instance. Feel free to drag and move pinned and as well as unpinned columns till you find the exact way you want your data to be shown.

Dashboard improvements
Last but not least Crmble’s Dashboard got some nice improvements as well. We are constantly looking for more interesting ways to help you get insights out of your Crmble fields. Let’s have a look in detail:
Your board by numbers
Crmble comes by default with the “Deal Value” core field which is a currency numeric field, but you can add more number fields to your cards like “Budget” for instance. Every number can be selected in your dashboard to get the same summaries as with Deal Value. You can also get summaries of a specific list or check any drop down field values by hovering over the right bar graphs.
Filter by labels
Trello’s labels are perfect to segments your cards in a visual way. Now you can use those same labels to filter your reports. Click the labels icon on the dashboard header. Select one or multiple labels to apply the desired filter. A little red notification badge will tell you how many filter tables have been applied. To remove the filter, just uncheck the labels. Easy!
Now give it a try for yourself and create all the views and reports you want to your heart’s content!
